I have gone to other Rocky's/cactus jack locations but I must say the Rocky's bell road location has the BEST service. Coop and Sara were both so accommodating with my schedule and everything involved with purchasing a vehicle here. There was a slight hiccup with the battery, which happens with sitting vehicles, but Coop personally changed the battery on the weekend since the service people were out until Monday. Really over the top service and customer consideration. Highly recommend Coop and Sara at Rocky's on Bell road!

MCMC…..thanks for working with me! My car search has been nothing short of a nightmare or a horrible dream…it all started about 2 yrs ago when I purchased a vehicle from Vandergriff Toyota long story short they tried selling me a car with a pushed in radiator late at night it was dark so it looked like minor bumper damage at the time, they opted not to spend the money and fix it so put me in a Hyundai Sonata which was fine for about 5 months then winter hit and when it got below freezing the thing wouldn’t start above 70 and it worked like a charm….figures that was the time that they wanted to look at the vehicle telling me nothing was wrong with it, I told them ok I’ll tow it back when it gets 30 degrees out again pls put a jacket on and look at it at that time. This didn’t happen they didn’t want to trade the car in so I told them to come and get it I wasn’t paying for a vehicle that only ran 8 months out of the year! Now I have a repo on my history fast forward to about 4 weeks ago and this is when I began to search for a new vehicle….i can’t tell u how many times I explained that I have a repossession on file my credit sucks because of it and I don’t have a co-signer…oh come in we will work with u and get something done we have deals going on!!! Ten min later and here they go….”do u have someone that can co-sign for u,” like I told y’all from the beginning no I don’t and thanks for wasting my time….ill quit venting just a little of my horrible 2yr ago purchase of a vehicle situation…20 car lots later and almost giving up (because I dang near spent my down payment) I called MCMC in 10 min they ran my info and called back notifying me I was approved for $14,995 at a $750 down payment…I told myself this sounds to good to be true….i got on their website and every vehicle they had was very high in mileage 100k and up…I knew it was to good to be true….they notified me that my approval was good for about 2 weeks and I said ok, but really gave up!!! A week and a half later I said what the heck I’ll check their inventory once again and what do u know a vehicle with low miles was ripe for the picking, I called them and let them know that I would be in around 4pm that day…I got there around 4:30pm and guess what???? They sold the car I had my eye on that morning, just my luck (to good to be true) I was defeated!!! Spoke with Pablo and he told me u want a car with low miles I have a Chevy Cruze that just came in test drive it and let me know what u think. Man i was happy….it ran great the inside was immaculate for a 10 yr old car, a/c was super cold and only had 66,000 miles, couldn’t beat it but it got better the car was only $11,995 and they came down to $600 on the down payment, wait…..it gets better…. they took $300 that day and let me pay the other half of the down payment ($300) my next paycheck!!!!! I know this is kinda long but the reason I had to tell my story was to let ppl know to not get discouraged…..with MCMC it may sound to good to be true but it more than likely is not….they might not have the car u want right away….check back in a week….u might not have all of ur down payment cause a month and 20 car lots later u almost spent it all, don’t worry talk to Pablo he will work with u!!! Not gonna lie I really didn’t want to give MCMC a shot gave them a call as a last resort and I tell u what from now on they will be my first option before I call any other car lot!!!!!
